  • Your name, address, contact phone numbers and email address

  • Your pet’s details, including breed and DOB

 

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • You complete our online enquiry form

  • You make a booking by emailing or calling us directly

 

We use the information that you have given us in order to arrange bookings and to communicate further. For example, your address will be required for us to travel to you.

 

We will not share your personal information with any third parties.

 

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting info@animal-house.uk.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored within Animal House’s Google Drive account and password protected. No paper copies are held. Contact enquiries are stored within our website’s database.

 

We keep your contact information on record for five years should you require our services again in the future. You can request we delete any information held on you by emailing info@animal-house.uk – your information will then be deleted from our records as well as from our website’s database and mailing lists.

 

Your data protection rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

  • Your right of access – You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

  • Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
